10 TGI Friday's Restaurants Shut Down

10 franchises of TGI Friday restaurants in Washington, Oregon and California were closed, after the franchisor had worked with them for two years. At least two TGI Friday's locations are closed in the Sacramento region, and phone calls to the other two went unanswered Friday.

The owners of the franchised locations didn't meet obligations to the parent company, Freshwater said, so they were ordered to stop using the TGI Friday's brand name. - MSNBC
