IRVINE, Calif. — Baja Fresh Mexican Grill, operated by franchisor Fresh Enterprises, LLC announced Thursday night that Chuck Rink has been appointed to the position of president and CEO. Rink will take over all responsibilities of David Kim. Kim leaves immediately to pursue other personal interests. He has served as CEO of Baja Fresh, with its 230 restaurants in 25 states, since November 2006.

The new CEO served as president of Fresh Enterprises, LLC since January 2008. Now as CEO, Rink will focus on improving the customer experience and the design and execution of the products the restaurants serve.
