PostNet Acquires Clothing Printer
PostNet announces the creation of holding company after acquiring PrintWear Xpress
Denver, CO - PostNet International Franchise, a franchiser of postal service outlets, has acquired PrintWear Xpress, a screen-printing, heat transfer and embroidery firm. PostNet's CEO Steven Greenbaum and COO Brian Spindel announced today the creation of a holding company for the two different firms, Global Franchise Ventures, Inc.
Says Greenbaum, “When Brian and I came across this business-to-business consumer friendly concept, we were excited at the prospect of buying it and growing it. There are many synergies between PostNet and PrintWear Xpress.”
Those synergies were not elaborated on.
PrintWear Xpress began franchising in 2005 and now has 7 franchises in four states. 300 locations are planned by the end of 2012. The total investment for PrintWear is between $120,000 - $140,000, including working capital requirements.
