Bill Submitted to House, Aids Vets in Buying Franchise

The Veterans Self-Employment Act was introduced to committee in the House of Representatives by Louisianna Representative Richard Baker. The Act would establish a five-year pilot program allowing vets to apply a portion of VA educational benefits to defray a portion of franchise training costs.
