Discrimination Suit Over Employees Not Handing Food to Foot
A woman is suing a McDonald's owner claiming that employees in two seperate McDonalds recoiled when she tried to grab the food with her foot. The women alleges that the attendants refused to hand the food bag to her foot at a drive-through window, giving the food to other people in her vehicle.
Ms. Dawn Larson was born with a condition that resulted in underdeveloped hands and arms. "I felt discriminated against, harassed, embarrassed," Larson said. "All I wanted was the food I had paid for with my money card. I just wanted to feed my kids."
