Breaking News (Blue MauMau) - Sopra Capital, a private equity firm, will announce in a press release later that they have acquired HouseMaster and that its affiliated company HMA Franchise Systems, Inc. has been dissolved. HouseMaster has 402 franchised units. Founded in 1979, its home inspection services have been featured on CNN, CNBC and other media.
