San Diego's PostalAnnex Acquires Florida's Sunshine Pack

San Diego, CA - PostalAnnex has acquired the franchise system of Florida-based Sunshine Pack & Ship USA, Inc.. Which name future stores operate under will be decided on a case-by-case basis.

There is little overlap of territory. Sunshine Pack has four area developers, with locations in some 11 states in the Southeast and Midwest while PostalAnnex is in 21 states. The combined franchise chain will now be just shy of 350 units.

Jack Lentz, founder and CEO of PostalAnnex, stated, "Sunshine brings to the table packing and crating services for industrial customers, and Postal Annex adds a variety of resources, materials and experience from serving retail customers for over 20 years."
