Bennigan's Grill Opens in McAllen, Texas

(McAllen, TX) – October 9, 2008 – Bennigan’s Franchising Company is pleased to announce the re-opening of its newest Bennigan’s Grill & Tavern franchise location in McAllen, Texas, continuing the domestic expansion of the brand.

The restaurant is owned and operated by Bennigan’s franchisee MVN Ventures, LLC, whose owners are Vishal Buxani, Navin Buxani, and Maya Advani. The location was previously owned by a former Bennigan’s franchisee.

“We’re thrilled to be opening this Bennigan’s location to serve the wonderful people of McAllen,” said Vishal Buxani, an owner of MVN Ventures. “The Bennigan’s brand is quite appealing to customers and we think this refurbished location will be a welcome addition to Bennigan’s franchise system.”

The McAllen Bennigan’s has an interior that has been extensively remodeled to include flat screen TV’s, Irish-themed murals, and comfortable seating. The bar has also been enclosed completely and offers several flat screen TV’s to watch sporting events, 30 beers on tap, and a great Happy Hour.

This location is the first Bennigan’s restaurant for MVN Ventures. MVN Ventures also operates a Holiday Inn Express in McAllen, as well as other business ventures.
