Bennigans Hires Brand Consultant To Help Reshape Restaurants

(Dallas, TX) – November 6, 2008 –Bennigan’s Franchising Company, L.P. today announced it has hired Benjamin Nemo of Scorpio Ventures as a brand and marketing consultant to help reinvigorate the Bennigan’s brand and image.

Nemo implemented Popeyes’ recent brand transformation and previously held marketing leadership roles at Burger King Corporation and Marriott International.

“We’re excited Ben has decided to join us as we work to continue the rejuvenation of the Bennigan’s brand,” Vince Runco, the interim Chief Executive Officer of Bennigan’s Franchising Company. “His experience, ideas and ability to work with our franchisees will be critical as we work to take the Bennigan’s brand into the future.”

Initially, Mr. Nemo will focus on developing the brand positioning for Bennigan’s, as well as developing menu strategies, a comprehensive marketing campaign and ways to enhance the customer’s experience.
