FranChoice Founder to Return as CEO, VP Promoted to President

EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. – FranChoice, a network of franchise referral consultants, has promoted Ms. Lori Kiser-Block to the position of president. Its founder Jeff Elgin will return as CEO in January 2007. Kiser-Block, previously vice president of FranChoice, has been with the company since 2003.
