Enterprise Rent-A-Car & J.D. Byrider Top Awards Lists

A bit of PR in auto franchises today, but informative. There's two awards for the auto franchise world. J.D. Power and Associates ranked Enterprise Rent-A-Car highest in customer satisfaction among airport rental car companies for the third straight year. [St. Louis Business Journal]

J.D. Byrider, a used car franchise system, touts being listed in the top 10 percent of Franchise Time's list from 1500 U.S. franchises by sales volume. (McDonald's has the highest sales.) Of note, daily customer-satisfaction monitoring by each dealership shows an average 95 percent satisfaction rating. [RTO Online]
