Petite Lady Out Eats the Biggest of Men

I've read now of a number of food eating competitions in which the petite and meek have won against the biggest bodied eaters. I don't know where they put it.

Takeru Kobayashi swallowed 67 Krystal's hamburgers in eight minutes. He retained his title of Krystal ( a franchise chain) Square Off World Hamburger Eating Champion and won $10,000. (Here's a video of him stuffing his face to win.) Or the 100-pound Sonya Thomas, of Alexandria, Virginia who scarfed down a 10 pound roast-turkey in 12 minutes, who took first prize worth $2,500. They call her the "Black Widow" because she just kills her male competition. And yet both of these competitive eating winners remain so thin. I wonder how they train for this eating contest and what they do to stay skinny? My Chinese friends tell me green tea is the secret of washing away the fat and calories.
