Good! Now when you get them........
Have the guts to post them and actually take a stand one way or the other. You trying so hard to grasp any straw is getting a bit sad. So when you are bombarded with the many gory details, I would hope you will admit the error of your previous posts and stop ducking reality. I won't expect an apology from you, but a simple, "I'm glad it's not ME" would suffice.
Toodles......................going to enjoy some family time.
I searched and searched but came up empty...
Thank you!
Oh I am glad it is you!
Irrespective of how the suit between you and Meineke turns out. Your actions remain reprehensible and you do a disservice to franchisees that are difficulties with their franchisors. Your postings are a primer on what not to do when in a dispute legal or otherwise. You may win your suit but you should be ashamed of your conduct.
Thus the difference in us
I wouldn't wish what Meineke has done and tried to do to us on my worst enemy. How sad for you and any prospective franchisee that must interact with you and the company that has the misfortune of having this kind of mindset represent them.
maybe you need to type slowly so I can understand you?

My reply:
Please bulletpoint what these reprehensible actions of Tinker are? I must be missing something.

InTheGlass pro-franchisee rhetoric UPS
The Glass did go so far as to say that he would suspend the selling of The UPS Store Franchises in one of his postings on Blue Mau Mau. He must have used Windex that day!
You'll have read Tinker's post for yourself
Or the want2retire posts on Franchise-chat and decide for yourself whether the attack postings on Meineke are reprehensible or not. They are certainly unsubstantiated and malicious. They do damage to the brand and the other franchisees.
Even if tinker prevails in her suit with Meineke her actions are reprehensible nonetheless, they lack honor and integrity.
No I did not, but
I did say I was not a fan of UPS/MBS and how they have handled their franchisor responsiblities.
I'll Take Credit For It!
Yes, FranSynergy did say....I'd suspend sales....re-allocate sales related personnel until such time that certain predetermined levels of proftiability & Zee Satisfaction was obtained.

Please explain
So YOU, who admitedly knows NOTHING about the facts of this case openly states that my actions "lack honor and integrity". Now wouldn't that REQUIRE you to actually know something....................anything.............?
Or is it as I suspect, the mere fact that we have chosen to stand up for ourselves and fight this big company with everything we have, what you find lacking honor and integrity. So there is honor and integrity in just sucking it up and taking whatever they choose to do? You would do this? Would anyone?
I suggest you do some research on what the words reprehensible, honor and integrity actually mean and at least TRY to use them properly.
re: You'll have read Tinker's post for yourself
I have read them and in that regard reprehensible seemed inappropriate. Angry yes, perhaps vindictive...but it did not seem to rise to the occasion of "reprehensible" which is why the inquiry was made; however, often much is missed.
Perhaps Tinker is simply seeking "justice" in a way defined by her own definition of the term. It may be very possible that Meineke would prefer her methods when contrasted to the manner in which someone else might carry out retribution against a similar antagonist. The point of the last line is, justice means many things to many people. If you reflect on it, you might suddenly discover what you now consider “reprehensible is not quite so “reprehensible” when compared to the possibilities.

Yes, you did! Look at UPS Comments you made
You say that Tinker's comments are wrong and impugn her honor and integrity, I believe and that Meineke must be proved wrong in the courts, but in the meantime other Meineke franchisees are not warned.
Would you say that a giant corporation who sells franchises to the public that they know have a flawed business plan is lacking in honor and integrity?
You indicated in your prior posting that you would suspend the sale if it were you -----and you are so experienced in these matters I don't think you would have said this unless you really believe that it is "malicious" to be still selling these new franchises to new innocents who didn't due their "due diligence" with you.
When I read all of your BS ---your believe and succeed literature, I know you are the kind of a man who believes that he is "his brother's keeper" and I really don't understnd where you comke from.
But, you did make a true statement. If the courts will not stop UPS from selling flawed franchise plans and destroying even more people, then the UPS Board should be honorable and decent and order the suspension of the sale of these franchises until a solution is found.
