ADA: Americans With Disabilities Act
According to HR.BLR.com:
The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) protects mentally and physically disabled applicants and employees from unlawful discrimination. Employers with 15 or more employees are covered. The Act protects qualified disabled employees from discrimination in all aspects of the employment process, including recruitment, hiring, rates of pay, upgrading and selection for training. The Act also requires a covered employer to reasonably accommodate a qualified disabled applicant or employee unless it can show that by doing so it would suffer an undue hardship.
