Allied and Dunkin Brands Dispute Halts Trading
The Australian franchisor behind Baskin-Robbins, Cookie Man, Kenny’s Cardiology, Awesome Water, Awesome Entertainment and Villa & Hut has temporarily shut down trading.
The trading halt is requested pending an announcement regarding a dispute involving our master franchise agreement with Dunkin Brands LLC in relationship to Baskin Robbins. Allied Brands
Is this unusual? I know a franchise dispute is not abnormal but a share trading halt in Australia is odd.
