Aussie Cold Rock Franchise Sold

Victorian franchisor, The Franchised Food Company, purchased the 87-strong Cold Rock chain of ice-cream outlets. The transaction was finalised at the end of last week reports the Sydney Morning Herald.

The Franchised Food Company also controls the Mr Whippy and Pretzel World Australian franchises.

The new Executive Chairman for Cold Rock is Michael Sherlock, the former successful franchisor of the Brumby’s Bakeries business.

With Michael Sherlock at the helm Cold Rock franchisees may well see a boost in profile and network growth.
