Australian Franchising - how does it differ?

Hi, I'm just wondering if there are many Australian Franchisees / Franchisors on this forum?

I'd be curious to see how Australian Franchising Regulations differ from the US, whether it is more or less strict/regulated.

It would be interesting to discuss the benefits of each system to see what could be taken from each and improved upon.
