Average Attorney Fees

I'm in the process of looking for a lawyer to review my Franchise Discolsure Document. A local lawyer I found, who only does franchise work, is charging $1,500 to review the document. Any other research you want done on the franchise company is an extra $500.00. Is $1,500 a reasonable amount in the state of New Jersey?
