Bennigan's or Shenanigans?

An obviously disgruntled Memphis franchise owner temporarily replaces the old Bennigan’s franchise brand to Shenanigans.

Some background: The Bennigan’s holding company filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy in 2008. A major shareholder and the chain’s franchisees have been trying to save the brand. Recently deceased Norman Brinker, honored in the restaurant industry, created the Bennigan’s chain in 1976.
