BlueMauMau Editor Involved In Fraud, Police Contacted

Dear Sir,

I have been asked by our publisher to look into apparent efforts by you and your company/website to libel franchises; particularly, SpudsToGo Corporation, which is owned by our parent company.

In particular, we noticed that you have identified yourself on Zoom.com as an Agent of that company:

You have posted that company's logo to your own profile and identified yourself as a Franchise Agent. This is a fraudulent act.

Additionally, you have posted and allowed to be posted to your BlueMauMau website defamatory comments, images, etc., and you have allowed and permitted others to distort and manipulate the registered trademark of that company without authorization and in the face of specific requests that you remove said defamatory comments and images.

All of these acts are actionable. It is my understanding that a police report has been filed in Utah, against you, in connection with your claims to be an agent of SpudsToGo.

In reference to that matter, I am writing to you to get your comments for an article that I am working on. Can you please comment on your involvement in these fraudulent acts?
