Brad Sugars Hates Bloggers

Mr Sugars has some serious critics whether they live in Australia, the US, Canada or anywhere else he operates in franchising and apparently in real estate.  

I think it’s time for a a good word for Brad.

If anyone can think of one please remember there are publishing rules and I’m not joking.

I like Neil Jenman and I like his work to build on the Brad Sugars franchising aura; 

In the past week, Brad Sugars (of a business coaching mob known as Action International) and Phil Jones (of a New Zealand mob known as Richmastery) have been targeting Aussies and Kiwis in what they both claim is a "massive passive cash flow generator".

Readers should all give Brad credit for diversification;

You see, says the ad, when the farmers have "hungry cows" you can "help out". Buy their homes at thousands less than they're worth. You can do it too, says the ad. "Learn how to purchase property at a massive discount over and over again. Book now for a 'Here's how to Profit from Property' seminar in your area."

I’m not exactly sure where Brad lost his ethics but I’m sure it will turn up;

Here's what the predatory trio of Brad Sugars, Phil Jones and David Hows teach to their flock of wanna-be millionaires, "What can go wrong? Not much, because if the tenant defaults, you take back the house because the title has not been transferred, and they will have looked after the property really well, as in their minds it was their home they were paying off." Charming stuff.

Now this certainly doesn’t sound like the Brad Sugar’s I’ve come to know and reject;

Together with Brad Sugars, his two Kiwi pals, Jones and Hows, push their "D" strategies, which includes such noble gems of wisdom as targeting those in society who have had a Death in the family or who are burdened with Debt; or one of their favourites, "Dummies"

Look I’m having too much fun and could go on forever so I suggest readers have a little Google and find their best Brad moment.  In summary; it seems Brad has attacked real estate with the same dedication and personal philosophy that created the Brad Sugars Action Coach reputation. 

As an aside; I’ll just bet Bob Katter MP has a hankering for Brad.  After all he is an export and a real estate freak and he has killed it in franchising.
