Business Week ----Franchise Court --6 Lawsuits
Interesting and we would hope that our readers would take a look. Only a few comments to this Business Week article and slide show but one of them indicates that the "failure rate" should be disclosed. I agree! We see that UPS and Quiznos are among the six. Would that writers would investigate "churning" as connected to the "failure rate" and expose this management tool to the public.Complaints
I bought into a dry cleaning franchise 18 months ago and from the beginning to now, still continue to have significant problems. I don't believe I'm the only franchisee who is or who has experience similar problems and I want to find these other franchisees but don't know how. Can you provide me some on-line resources? BTW, who are the other 4 in the top 6?
