Canadian Mail Boxes Etc Franchisee Wins

I thought that this arbitration win for the MBE franchisee would be fitting to post on America's Independence Day. Attached you will find an arbitration award from Canada.

I am told that our very own Michael Webster and Mario Herman were the attorneys for the Canadian MBE.

This award was given almost a year ago (July 2008), but MBE Canada (the parent company) attempted to appeal it and supress it through an appellate process.  Obviously, they lost that.

The issue of renewal is one of the issues that the Platinum Shield Association MBE Group will be going to court in early August.
