It was in reply to the letter from the BBOA to Mike Eskew & the Board of Directors of UPS, advising of the profitability issues surrounding The UPS Stores and requesting negotiations to find solutions, that Don Higginson (VP Franchise Relations for MBE) replied with the following to the members of the BBOA, " You should retain council". Notice to Mr. Higginson & UPS/MBE, we took your advise and are moving ahead in Federal Court.
