What is considered a kickback?

I don't think we care much about little things like that. I know if I had a rep offering me tickets like that I wouldn't pass it up. What most people are wanting to know about are kickbacks such as any money given back from Sysco or Coke, like the $375,000 they just received which is going towards advertising. The new ads by the way are much better than previous ones. I think a lot of people just feel like they pay this marketing fee, where does it go, since Coke kicked in 375k also. Who knows if Sysco gives anything in kickbacks or as corporate calls it, "marketing fund money". Seems like Sysco is pretty sick of TDM for all the stores they have not paying their bills on time. Why do you franchisees think you are having to pay that new delivery fee, it was the only way TDM could get Sysco to supply you.
