No one can afford to "go after" corporate........

I have heard of several groups of franchisees out there that were trying to put together a case against corporate, but seems that a lot of it has died. I wish there were some lawyers out there willing to step up and take on some of these cases. So much of the problem comes from it being hard to prove if corporate owes anything, or if they are responsible for the failure of stores. I really think that many of the franchisees out there have a great case, with so many stores closing I think it is hard for corporate to defend that they just picked a lot of idiot franchisees. All I know is there are a lot of hurting families out there that are still trying to overcome the aftermath of there failed business venture. They feel deceived and used. It is something that is hard to just walk away and "just get over" when you are still receiving collection calls and paying off old taxes. Many franchisees lost almost everything, how easy is that to "just get over"???
