Hopefully, the Brown Board and the MBE-UPS FAC can, together, work with those at the top of the organization who are interested in saving the Network of The UPS Stores

It is always in the best interests of the store owners to cooperate and to try in every possible way to make their stores work. Those who litigate are never made WHOLE in the true sense of the word. The Brown Board has always tried negotiation but that hasn't worked to date. Maybe this new arrangement will be the answer to this ongoing problem of the flawed business plan.

We wish Mr. Rodrigues great success in this new initiative to solve the very serious problems that face the owners of The UPS Stores.
