Ok, fellas I looked at the site and reviewed the franchisor's pact.

Cum'on, how may of those franchisor obligations (10 of them) make it into the contract as "shall" clauses?

How many of the franchisee obligations make it into the contract as "shall" clauses?

Just asking.
