Culver's Custard Queen Passes

The co-founder of Culver's chain of franchised restaurants, Ruth Culver, passed away yesterday. Ruth Culver is credited with creating the service culture that is present in the chain of some 386 restaurants known for butter burgers and frozen custard. She was 84.
