Denny's Announces Final Presidential Impersonators for Contest

SPARTANBURG, S.C. - Denny's has selected the six best impersonations of the 2008 Presidential candidates as part of its "Vote For Real" campaign. The campaign is a viral marketing effort for the chain to emphasize its real breakfast compared to fast-food alternatives in styrofoam containers.

The winning impersonator for presidential candidates John McCain and Barack Obama will receive one meal at Denny's per month until the next election in 2012.

"The Vote for Real contest submissions have been extremely creative, ranging from a rapping Obama to a McCain impersonator who predicts a "Grand Slam" victory," said Elizabeth Geer, senior director, advertising and brand communications for Denny's. "We look forward to hearing from our guests and the American voters to hear who the real 'people's choice' is for this campaign."
