Apple American Group Acquires New Applebee’s Restaurants

SAN FRANCISCO — The restaurant sector's second largest franchise owner announced Wednesday that it has acquired an additional 99 restaurants. With the new acquisitions, Apple American Group is anticipated to exceed $1.1 billion in annual sales from its 436 restaurants in 23 states.
