On Wednesday, December 15th CNBC will air an hour long program, "Behind the Counter: The Untold Story of Franchising." I can’t recall any television program devoting this much time to the franchise industry.
In a nice surprise, the Wall Street Journal gives a meaty mention of BlueMauMau.org as reporter Laura Lorber lists three top online franchise resources. OpenFran and the American Franchisee Association are mentioned too.
