A Quiznos manager in Albuquerque, New Mexico was conned over the phone to give out the credit card information of 15 customers that had used their credit card at the store that day.

Quiznos franchisees claim to have been disproportionately affected by higher-than-average commodity costs, lackluster marketing efforts, a bruising promotional war and a cost structure hard hit by a soft economy.
