PHOENIX – A district court has denied a Miami-based franchisee’s motion to dismiss Cold Stone Creamery’s filing to compel arbitration in Arizona. In doing so, the judge explained that the franchisee had not responded to the franchisor’s opposition motion.
MIAMI – Attorney Robert Zarco and his client Rodolfo F. Puig, franchisee of Cold Stone Creamery, have now declared that Puig’s three stores are profitable, despite having numerous tax liens, judgments and litigation from creditors against him.

MIAMI – The law firm of Zarco Einhorn Salkowski & Brito, PA filed a lawsuit today on behalf of an independent franchisee association against franchisor Cold Stone Creamery for failing to give its members an accounting of monies collected from third-party vendors and the franchisor's gift card program.
