Court Affirms UPS Franchisees Claims Unproven

LOS ANGELES – The US Court of Appeals, 9th Circuit, handed down its decision last week affirming that approximately 200 UPS Store franchisees failed to prove their case against franchisor Mail Boxes Etc.
