FRANCHISE REMEDIES OFFERS LAWYER COACHING

As a trial, I will, without charge, assist any lawyer with any franchise problem by pointing them in the right direction on any issue that I believe I can competently address.

Whether it is a due diligence issue or a dispute resolution issue, so long as I can first resolve that I do not have a conflict of interest in rendering the assistance. I would need sufficient information to enable me to resolve that question before addressing the substance of the inquiry,

If you do call for this assistance, you acknowledge that the conversation or email exchange does not make me your lawyer or your co-counsel in any matter. This is being done as a pro bono project on a trial basis to see whether it is something worth doing from the perspective of my being of material assistance to members of the bar who may have had less franchise law and practice experience than I have.

It will be necessary that any lawyers calling for this assistance identify themselves with name, address, email address, telephone number, bar membership and bar membership number. That is the only way I know to be sure I am doing this only with attorneys and not with the general public.

My expectations are that a request will probably involve a conversation of 15 – 30 minutes duration. If I get swamped, it will have to be discontinued.

I see so many lawyers going in the wrong direction because they don’t know what to do or understand the issues, and have not done the research or in many cases even know where to begin. I think/hope this will be useful.
