Franchisees, Do You Need a Mentor?

It is my understanding, last year the International Franchise Association (IFA) implemented a program whereby volunteer Certified Franchise Executives would mentor franchisors. It is my further understanding, very qualified franchise professionals offered to volunteer as mentors, only to be turned down by the IFA, because they were not members of the IFA, and the program was not available to non-member companies as well. As there are most likely many franchise companies that could use a mentor under the IFA program, but can’t tap into it because they’re not members of the IFA, I have volunteered to become their mentor. I am now offering to take this a step further and will volunteer to mentor franchisees, area developers, and master franchisees as well. With over twenty years’ experience, exclusively in the franchise industry, I definitely know I’m qualified and can provide much needed guidance.
