Franchisees Take Over Raving Brands PJ's Coffee

Franchisees have taken over their second Raving Brands concept, PJ's Coffee. New Orleans Roast, the largest franchisees of PJ's , operated by Paul, Steve and Scotty Ballard have acquired the assets of the 48-unit chain for an undisclosed amount. You may recall that Raving Brands' troubled Mama Fu's was bought out by a franchise some months ago.

"For Raving Brands, it appears to have successfully orchestrated the sale of its third concept to highly capable franchisors – Moe's Southwest Grill to Focus Brands, Mama Fu's Asian House to Murphy Adams Restaurant Group and now PJ's Coffee of New Orleans to New Orleans Roast . . ."

This means that they are leaving Raving Brands and Martin Sprock, a character who thinks he is surrounded by gold diggers.
