Franchising First – Franchisee Dissatisfaction Survey
Well perhaps not. Australia’s 10 Thousand Feet is off and running with the first of the 2011 franchisee satisfaction survey rituals. Wait a minute; they are concerned that some franchisors may be wary of a poor showing.

Incentivizing participation in the survey franchisors get the chance at big-time awards;
The awards are then showcased on the topfranchise.com.au website and in leading publications such as Franchising. In 2010 the awards were also covered by Channel 9, Sky Business and other key websites, newspapers and radio programs.
