The good: Of over 2,900 franchise concepts that Frandata follows, this list identifies the 55 new comers who are growing the fastest.

The bad: This list identifies some of the riskiest franchisors to buy a franchise from. Franchisors face a whole host of problems when they are a brand new baby and grow too fast.

The bottom line: If you are a huge risk taker who doesn't mind gambling everything on the hopes that what is sparkling new and glittering for the moment is the possible big franchise of tommorow, then this list is for you.

Methodology: This list is compiled by Frandata, a franchise research firm that provides its research findings to the IFA, the Wall Street Journal and Franchise Times. To make this list, franchisors must be young, as young as 5 years or younger. And they must exhibit positive growth for each year.
