FTC Helps Practitioners to Understand Amended Rule
WASHINGTON, D.C. (Blue MauMau) - In an attempt to help practitioners and others in the business of franchising understand the amended Franchise Rule, the FTC staff is posting responses to frequently asked questions on its website, according to Steven Toporoff, FTC Franchise Program Coordinator. Anyone wanting to pose additional questions may do so, and the department will try to answer them and possibly incorporate them into the upcoming Compliance Guide.
