Wow! Some unhappy people

I was thinking about checking them out. I think their concept is great. After seeing all your posts I think Home Instead or Comfort Keepers is who I will check out. I will take the advise of "Cal franchisees" before you become one.

Is this the same LaShelle Fuller Chapman who worked for Maui Mawi Franchise? If it is I heard she was asked to leave because of her demeaning, demanding ways. No one liked her there also. I heard the franchisees all celebrated when she left.

Thats the same one. I worked with her a Maui Waui and she is a very troubled person. I was glad she is gone. I think she was the same way at another franchise called Cinnimonster too.

She is the same one. I was introduced to her. She struck me as having some major issues. I also heard from other people that people at Homewatch hate working for her but are afraid to say something in fear of losing their jobs. I heard she was trying to manipulate the President of the company to get her job as she is working to oust her father the original founder. It seems like a Payton Place there!

If you are look at your agreement and see if you got the same deal as their special franchisees. Have you been bullied by LaShell Fuller Chapman? You are not alone. She is a high strung time bomb waiting to go off. Her employees are physically affraid of her. the President, Leann Reynolds runs around the office saying, "I don't like them, I want them out" referring to franchisees that don't back down to her or LaShell. I heard they fired their VP of Franchise Sales after he turned their company around and taught them how to become a Franchisor. I heard they also fired another employee because she was pregnant and needed an extra week off to plan for daycare. However, they afford these things to other employees. They are mean nasty people who only care about themselves. Don't get involved with them. Don't become a franchise partner (as they call it). They don't allow you to be in business for yourself, they tell you what to do and if you don't, you deal with LaShell Fuller Chapman. The company Nazi!

I have heard some rumors that they are a very strange franchise. I understand that the father has either stepped away or maybe pushed out by his daughter Leann Reynolds. I think he still owns a Care Giver business in Denver and Leanns sister works there with him. From what I found out they have a VP of Support that has some big problems mentally. Her name is LaShelle Fuller something... I like the concept but there are many other home care companies out there that don't have the drama that this company has. They have someone else there that seems to be a problem too. She is the Marketing Director, Sue Nelson. I don't know much about her. Personally, I like the industry but am going to join Home Instead. They have a great reputation and after calling their franchisees I feel very comfortable with them. I would say call franchisees, many of them before you make a decesion with any franchise.

This company does whatever it wants when it comes to franchising. They give special deals to those they like and ignore those who don't follow their Nazi like orders. Their VP of Support is just one set away from a breakdown. She treats her fellow employees like dogs, barking out orders to them. Management runs around the office saying "I don't like them", "I want the out", referring to their franchisees. If you are on their "I want them out list" they will get you out of the system. Homewatch CareGivers Franchise Corporation is owner ny Leann Reynolds father and he no say in the company.

DO NOT BECOME A FRANCHISEE OF THIS COMPANY. They have their list of favorites and if you do not fit in you will never get support from LaShell or her team. Just call some of their franchisees and find out what they really think.

Do not buy a franchise from there! Beware! LaShell Fuller Chapman and Leann Reynolds are rip-offs!
