Hurricane Grill Sued for Racial and Sexual Misconduct

A New York Hurricane Grill franchise opens and within weeks, it is sued by ten black and hispanic former employees. The women filed a lawsuit last week against both the franchisor and franchisee for alleged sexual and racial discrimination.

Plaintiffs claim that "virtually all employees of color" were terminated and replaced by white employees. I suspect the claim against the franchisor will be dismissed.
