I would become a franchisee again if........

I am often asked if I would ever be a franchisee again, given my experiences as a franchisee of 3 different concepts over many years.

My answer:  Yes, IF in the agreement:

• I controlled my location(s)
• There was no non-compete after the franchise term ended
• There were no personal guarantees of the franchise agreement
• There were no liquidated royalties if the business fails
• The franchisor had no right of first refusal to purchase the franchise
• There was a strong franchisee association in place already that mattered
• I had protection via the franchise agreement from encroachment
• The franchisor had a clean litigation history                             

Anybody know of a franchise like this?
