IDEAL IMAGE

IT DOESNT WORK $1,000 LATER AND I STILL HAVE HAIR. 12 TREATMENTS TOOK ME OVER 2 YEARS OF APPOINTMENTS AND NOW THEY WANT MORE MONEY. I STILL HAVE %80 OF THE HAIR !!!!!!!!! THE STUPID LASER HURTS AND BURNS !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Untrue Posting

At Ideal Image we are dedicated to providing the safest, most effective treatments to our Guests. To that end, we only utilize licensed medical professionals to provide treatment. Ideal Image strives to comply with all laws, professional regulations and industry best practices. We apologize that you did not enjoy your experience with us.

Ideal Image Laser Hair Removal

Ideal Image Laser Hair Removal as an overall company are BAD. They permanently SCAR and BURN people like us everyday at one of their clinics. They have a ton of lawsuits pending against them as well. They are constantly violating state regulations and their treatment providers ARE NOT STATE CERTIFIED to operate lasers. ANYONE that has had services at any location are urged to contact their State Regulatory Radiation Agency and file a complaint AND/OR file a Consumer Fraud Complaint with your State Attorney General. It is time for the consumer to stand up for themselves...especially those that were tricked and lied to when we signed up for treatments and signed ridiculous contracts!!!!

Guest(s), you are in the wrong place

Please be cognizant that this site is not a consumer report site. It is a news site for owners of businesses. If you want to reach consumers, there are other sites. Our entrepreneur readers want to know how a brand's products affect customers but there are better places for such remarks than here.

Blue MauMau's readers, independent owners of franchised businesses, are pretty familiar in receiving and dealing with customer complaints. They come here mainly to better understand business issues, like a brand's average unit volume, EBITDA, failure rates, trends in systemwide sales or branding initiatives. They want to know if a licensing company is about to go bankrupt, or how the supply chain and vendors are managed. They want to know trends in the industry. They want to know if the franchisor has been litigated against, if there is an upcoming case and in what court.

Your customer complaints are reaching the wrong target, IMO.

laser hair removal

I went to ideal image and got burned from the laser I would not suggest anyone going there to get laser hair removal done!!!!!!!!

Most people who get "burned"

Most people who get "burned" is because they have had sun exposure and did not disclose it to the provider. If you are honest and tell them they won't treat you till your color has faded. Thats why they ALWAYS ask about sun exposure/tanning and educate on avoidance!! Dont be non-compliant and you will be fine!!

It worked for me

But while I was getting more depth to my forehead there was a very disappointed woman who had successfully had her beard removed. She found out she was still butt ugly.

Seriously; if you want to lose your hair and possibly your fingernails and teeth just buy a franchise and the chances are other incidental side effects such as severely being burnt will be hardly noticeable. This is where truth and compliance are core values.

No doubt

Ray you are very funny.

I still have hair

Me and my 14 year old daughter had our girly mustaches done, I was told it would be 5-8 treatments but could get up to 12 for the $500 each, we both had 12 treatments 10 weeks apart and WE BOTH STILL HAVE HAIR!!!! They want another $40 each for each treatment which we would need probly 5 more treatments, what a scam. What liars 5-8 treatments ?????

this place sucks

this place is a rip off, made more hair appear on my face only after 1 treatment. I don't know how they are in business

Re: this place sucks

I don't see how laser hair removal could make more hair grow? Sounds like a hormone issue. If your looking for a different laser hair removal provider I found the clinic the I go to at http://www.laserhairremoval.com and I haven't had a problem!

please post pictures

We really need to see what you are talking about.
