Jim Amos, CEO of Tasti D-Lite and former CEO of Mail Boxes Etc., ICan'tBelieveItsYogurt and Sona Medspa appeared on CNBC's The Kudlow Report on Wednesday. He says that his frozen dairy treat franchises have same-store sales that are up three to five percent over last year and that the firm has "about 300 new units in the queue." Amos discusses how government can improve the small business environment.
The former chairman of the International Franchise Association declares that some 31 government agencies "determine how a single franchise is sold." This is the kind of situation that needs to change, he says.
