Jim Coen on the AirThis interview hosted by Jim Coen with Karl Morningstar the Regional Director of the Allegra Network was broadcast on the Let's Talk Franchising radio show on December 5th, 2005.

The Allegra Network has an interesting conversion model where a franchise candidate purchases an existing print shop and converts it to an Allegra Print & Imaging Center.

This conversion model gives the new franchisee a number of significant benefits they would not get in a conventional start up franchise situation.

Great Interview on Print Franchising

This is a great interview on the Quick Print Industry, with additional insights in Allegra's conversion strategy that has been mentioned in a recent article here .

Members, is this a great community or what? There's some really in depth insights into current franchise news that we are getting because we all contribute our insights. I am really enjoying this. Thanks Jim for sharing a great interview.
