A CEO from the Shoals is in hot water with his coffee company. Dale Nabors, CEO of Cuppy's Coffee, is facing felony charges for writing bad checks in Florida. He was formally charged in Colbert County this morning. At his court appearance, were several Cuppy's Coffee franchise owners who said they lost everything. - WAAYTV
