McDonald's Franchisee Sued Over Sharing Nude Photos

Phillip Sherman is suing McDonald's Corp, the franchise owner and a store manager for allegedly spreading nude photos of his wife on the Internet.

The suit was filed Friday and seeks a jury trial and $3 million in damages for suffering, embarrassment and the cost of having to move to a new home. The suit says that Phillip Sherman left the phone [at] the Fayetteville store in July and that employees promised to secure it until he returned. [AP]

It seems that when it comes to nude photos of someone else's significant other, guys are not to be trusted, even if they work at McDonald's.
