Looking for advice on a concept I have developed, haven't had much time to devote until now. Torizza (tor-eat-sa) is pizza on a tortilla crust; thin as a dime. Easy to make and fast to bake; pizza that's good and good for you (or better than the standard). Trademarked the name a few years ago ... they really are delicious, make at home at least once a week.
Open to any and all ideas and to partnerships with existing zee's that have a yen to be a zor.
Cheers!
Next Step
I am looking to structure a deal with a fast casual franchise. I currently operate a unit and have been offered a chance to purchase said store and an additional store with territory rights.

Come back when you have some profitable locations and an operating procedure to follow. But in the meantime, thanks for the tip. You don't have a patent on it, so I'm gonna tell my buddy about this and he'll start serving. He has a Tex/Mex place so it's a better fit for him; we sell burgers. I mean really, if I wanted to be a Zor for this, what do I need you for? Either I'll think of my own name for the product, or at most pay you a couple bucks for yours. Not like I'd give you a lifetime royalty just on a NAME, lol. Maybe I'll go in the kitchen and cook up a few now, for snacks...Post new comment
